To send an instant message

Important: You must have AOL Instant Messaging* or Yahoo!* Messenger installed for this feature to work.

1. Search for a user.

2. Click on the user's name in the Search Results panel to view all the available information in the Details panel.

3. Click the user's AOL or Yahoo! instant messaging link to launch your instant messaging application.
