When first displayed, the Organizational Chart shows the user you selected from the Search Results panel, along with that user's manager and the others who report to that manager. To access and navigate to other parts of the Org Chart:
Search for a user.
Click on the user's name in the Search Results panel to view all the available information in the Details panel.
Click the Organizational Chart tab.
Click the left arrow under the person's name to go up one level from that person.
Click the right arrow under the person's name to go down one level from that person.
