About Photos

Novell® eGuide can display photographs along with user information in the Details panel. Your organization and eGuide administrator decide whether to activate this feature and whether to allow users to upload their own digital photo files.

When the Photo feature is activated, a user's photo (if it exists in the directory) is automatically displayed in the Information page of the Details panel.

If the eGuide administrator lets you edit your personal information and has enabled photo uploading, a Modify Photo link in the Details panel displays when editing your information.

Your organization can require you to accept a photo agreement before your photo is displayed in eGuide. If this is the case, the photo agreement appears in the Photo Information page when you click Modify Photo.
